TRYING TO FIND NAME FOR AN OLD TV SHOW ON YTV IN THE 90′s!?

Well.. All i remember is there were two cats, a male and female. this was a kids show. also i remember there being a dog who lived in a house nearby. as well as there being a porcipine who lived in a dumpster and had lots of junk in his yard. there was also a parrott who dropped by to visit the two cats by parachute and brought them presents with each visit. i believe they were all puppets and this has been bothering me for the longest time! if anyone remember’s this show or it’s name, please help!
