I’ve dragged you along for how long now?
Like a puppet on a string I had control.
Over a year and I was still laughing,
Still enjoying all the torment.
I had no worries in the world that you would ever be gone
How many times have I stomped on your heart and you still came running back as if you were my little puppy.
Seems like a countless amount of times, but I didn’t care.
I’ve heard you cry, but I still didn’t care
I played you,
I played with your heart.
Honestly, I didn’t know what I was doing,
But when it came down to finally wanting it,
Wanting you,
She came in.
She swooped you up.
She was the bird, and you were the prey,
She came in and stole you.
I got crushed after playing those sick little games,
And I guess karma is right…
What goes around comes around.
I don’t understand your question but if after reading the poem is supposed to be the writer and you want to know what the words are referring to I would say their hobby is Origami.
