Help finding the name of a kids’ show?

It was done with kinda freaky puppets. There were two cats, one male, one female, a brown dog with these floppy ears, a freaky looking colourful bird, and maybe a hedgehog? The girl cat was white with orange stripes I think? And the dog was really ratty looking. And all their voices were annoying as hell. It’s a few years old, maybe 5-10 or so? Maybe more? Does anyone have anyone idea what I’m talking about?

I remember that show, but i can’t remember what it was called. I wanna say it was that show where Belle from Beauty and the Beast would read, but maybe Im just confused.
