what was that 90′s kid’s tv show with a real life woman & her bird puppet neighbors or kids?

it was about this real life woman and either her puppet neighbors or her puppet kids lol I’m about 85% sure they were 3 birds… maybe 2 boys and a girl. It’s really fuzzy because I was so young but it was definitely puppets & real life mixed. It wasn’t Eureeka’s Castle or Lamb Chop, but very close.
The only episode i remember was the woman was measuring how much all of the kids/birds had grown and the boy wanted to be taller so he spiked his hair/feathers all up. lol idk if that helps
