A toy from late 70′s-early 80′s, finger puppet chipmuncks that lived in a log?
Ok mom had a bright red dress and there was a dad and a baby. They were kind of a round tube like a tiolet paper roll, they had arms that you could put yor fingers in and move them around and they came in a little cloth log house with plastic furniture made to look like wood. They squeaked when you pushed on them. I am desperate to locate these guys-they were my fav and my parents seem to have lost mine.
I can’t pick a best answer yet but by gosh you are right!!! I even remember the book that came with them. Wow-what wonderful memories those pictures bring back!! Thanks a ton. And my mom and I were talking and she recalls the toy and is pretty sure she tossed it-UGH. I have a toddler and we love Little Bear and now I know why-something about Little Bear reminds me of this toy. Thanks again-now to save up and make a bid on eBay-hehehe.
