as u know that 3rd Kazekage was the strongest shinobi in the sand village…
i’m just wondering who the hell killed the 3rd… i know u will say sasori or what not… but how?
cuaz i know that sasori uses real people’s puppets and 3rd’s body wasn’t found, and the only explanation i came up was that sasori somehow defeated the 3rd or betrayed him and stab righ behind his back…!

Sasori siad that he’d killed the third kazekage.. I think it’s possible that he did it through poisoning( either poisioned arrows, or some poisoned wound) the third kazekage, since he’s(sasori) a specialist in the poison field.
Considering your second question, The Leader of Sand are called KazeKage but that of Leaf Village are known as Hokage. Since there is no comparison in the manga or anime about the power differences, I’d say (based on my observations) that the fourth Hokage was more powerful then the third Kazakage.
I’m not so sure about the thrid being stronger then the first, however I think most people in Konoha considered the third most powerful then all the other Hokages. And the third was also the youngest considering all the other Hokages before him, so the reason must be his strength and wisdom.
